XLRI distance learning MBA

XLRI distance learning MBA includes 12/14-month academic programmes for working professionals /executives & fresh graduates to complete their management education while still being in service or at the same time being involved with any other preoccupations.

As on date XLRI Jamshedpur does not provide any placement assistance.

Amongst the 14 months programme are

Postgraduate Certificate in Business Management (PGCBM)

Postgraduate Certificate in Logistics and Supply Chain Management (PGCLSCM)

Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (PGCHRM)

Amongst the 12 months programme we have

Postgraduate Certificate in Retail Management (PGCRM) and

Postgraduate Certificate in Sales and Marketing Management (PGCSMM)

ALL these programmes have a COMMON FEATURE OF CAMPUS COMPONENT where the students visit the CAMPUS for a period of 5-7 Days for training. Evaluation & Certification is done by XLRI Jamshedpur.

GRADUATION Ceremony will also be held at XLRI Jamshedpur.

This is NOT a correspondence programme. This programme is offered by broadband infrastructure to deliver real time, synchronous, live education to all the participating students. The interaction is live and uses high quality video, audio and data transfer. The professor teaches from the studio of XLRI. The students are required to come to the learning centers at pre-fixed times. As on date there are more than 114 class-rooms spread across 70 cities. You can visit any of the centers near to you, to get a first hand feel of the technology. Please remember that it also involves one visit of 5-7 days to the XLRI Campus.

The course is conducted only in India and hence can not be undergone abroad. Though, XLRI is in processes of lunching the programme in middle-east countries.


Eligibility

For PGCBM and PGCHRM

A Min. of 50% marks in graduation with 2 years of work experience.

For PGCLSCM

A Min. of 45% marks in Graduation with 1 year of work experience.

For PGCRM/PGCSMM

A Min of 50% marks in graduation

Basic Knowledge of computers is a must for all the above courses.

Certification, Assessment and Evaluation

The examination and evaluation required for certification shall be carried out by XLRI Jamshedpur. The faculty members teaching their respective courses will choose the method of evaluation most appropriate to the material . The certificate will be awarded directly by XLRI Jamshedpur .

Application processes and Course fee

Once the admission processes is on candidates need to apply online with all relevant details as mentioned in the application form along with the application money, at the same time hardcopy of application should reach to Satellite Office before application closer date. Total course fee is 1,80,000/- which can be paid in three equal installment. The course fee is inclusive of study material.
